GPiH Celebrates Water Well and Medical Clinic

GPiH celebrates the dedication of the new Water Well and Medical Clinic with the Malian people. On February 11th a delegation from Omaha, Nebraska traveled to two villages in the Bako region of Mali, Africa. They were accompanied by several government officials and national news media to participate in the celebration at two villages. The U.S delegation involved two representatives from the Omaha public Schools and the lead Pastor from Journey church. The impact of this effort will provide Clean Water and Medical help to 14,000 people in the region. The goal is to start work in a few months on the second Well and Clinic, which will provide even more help to a region in desperate need of basic clean water and medical help. GPiH is thankful for the participation from many, who have help make this dream a reality. Hope for the future is being provided for the people of Mali, Africa.

Leadership program expands in China

GPiH has been able to train serveral hundred Chinese leaders in leaderhips through programs. The response of people wanting to attend training through the leadership programs GPiH offeres has been overwhelming. The courses include; Transformational leadership, Team Building, Strategic planning and serveral others classes.  Programs are also oriented to Women and connect with specific leadership development topics for Women in China.
GPiH will continue expand it’s offering on leadership in 2012. Class start up after the Chinese New year, again in Febuary 2012.

 

Nebraska Students Help in Mali

Students from the University of Nebraska school of engineering are preparing to travel to Mali, West Africa in our continue effort to help with Water wells and Medical clinics.  These students will help provide sustianable energy in the villages by installing solar panels in the Medical clinics.
