In 2024, we made significant progress toward completing the surgical building in Agbelouvé, Togo. This milestone will introduce surgical services to the region for the very first time, including life-saving c-sections, a critical step toward improving the health and well-being of women and children in West Africa. Your generous support, alongside the dedication of organizations like OrthoNebraska, PowerQuest, Creighton University, and the many selfless doctors and nurses from the U.S., has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life. Your contributions have not only helped build the surgical facility but have also empowered local Togolese staff through training and resources.
Additionally, the successful arrival of a second container filled with medical supplies and equipment has further enabled life-saving deliveries and vital medical care. These resources are crucial in creating lasting change for the communities we serve.
Our 15 partnered healthcare facilities delivered critical care through 85,000+ sick visits, more than 30,000 prenatal appointments, and over 6,500 births—a profound testament to the lifesaving impact and ever-growing reach of our shared mission.
